Both gold medal matches moved to last day of the tournament
Polson Pier prepare yourselves for a Super Sunday!
Why? Well the decision has been made to move the women’s final from Saturday to Sunday – so not one but TWO gold medal matches will be fought out between the two best teams in each gender on the Center Court on the same day!
It’s the only change to the schedule of a wonderful weekend of action on the sand at the Swatch Beach Volleyball FIVB World Tour Finals in Toronto.
All matches will take place on Center Court with free admission for all! If you can’t get to the game Canadian broadcaster TSN will be screening the games live.
Saturday’s line-up includes both women’s semifinals and bronze medal match at 2.45pm as well as the men’s last 16 and quarterfinal clashes.
On Sunday the first men’s semifinal kicks off at 10am before the women’s showpiece match, the gold medal game, takes place at 12.15pm.
Then, after the men’s bronze medal match at 1.45pm, the final match of the Swatch World Tour Finals in Toronto – the men’s final – takes place at 3pm. And we can’t wait!
What a stunning way to end the weekend – so make sure you find the time to either come down to Polson Pier or log on to our website for live coverage!
