Team: Pavan/Humana-Parades or Bansley/Wilkerson

Nation: Canada

Qualified as wildcards

The one remaining spot up for grabs will be contested by a mouthwatering country quota clash between former teammates Sarah Pavan and Heather Bansley.

After four seasons together the Olympic quarterfinalists sensationally split two weeks before the season finale.

In the ultimate head-to-head match, Pavan will partner Melissa Humana-Parades while Bansley will team-up with Brandie Wilkerson with the winners advancing to the main draw.

At last year’s Swatch Beach Volleyball FIVB World Tour Finals in Fort Lauderdale, Pavan/Bansley finished fourth, losing to Brazil’s Agatha/Barbara in the bronze medal match.

The game, which kicks off at 5pm on Tuesday, will be the first match of the #TorontoFinals and is sure to be watched by a packed Center Court at Polson Pier.

Who do you think will win? Let us know and join the conversation on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram using the hashtag #TorontoFinals.

If you can't get to Polson Pier for the big game, all the action will be streamed live on our website! See you tomorrow!

Before they split, Pavan/Bansley won silver at Poreč Major - here you can watch action from their semifinal in Croatia.
